The Quilting Group at Pomaria could use some additional help. No sewing experience is needed. We need people to cut fabric, tie the quilts, and even design patterns for the quilts. The group meets on Thursday from 1 pm to 2  pm in the fellowship hall basement at Pomaria, but cutting and designing can be done remotely.  Please contact Rita Boozer.

 

We need volunteers to do some data entry in order to create a new St. John’s Directory. This would be done in the office during times when Audra is out of the office. Minimum training needed. Please contact the church office either by email or phone if interested.

 

Please remember to sign up for flowers. Open dates for April are the 21^st and 28^th.

 

We are revamping the cubbies in the Sunday School building. If you would like to have any of the children’s artwork, please pick up by April 15^th.

 

This morning we will have five new members joining the church. Pastor Michele’s mother and step-father, Judy and Claude Saddler are moving their membership from Colony to St. John’s.  Victor Ortiz and his wife, Romita Rajaskaran are also joining. Romita will be our second baptism this Easter season. And finally, Ruthie Duvall’s significant other, Jack will also become a member at St. John’s.
