Announcements for February 6

Altar flowers are given to the Glory of God and in honor of Colin and Jeannie’s forty-third wedding anniversary

Next Sunday is Souper Bowl of Caring. This campaign was started by Brad Smith a seminary intern at Spring Valley Presbyterian Church in Columbia. The first year $7500 was raised from 22 area churches. Since then it has gone nationwide with over $170 million raised to feed the hungry.

So join us next Sunday in this effort. We will be donating our collections directly to Sharing God’s Love.

We still have a few dates open on the Flower Chart. As a reminder, we don’t use Altar Flowers during Lent and Advent. Also, you may make a donation in lieu of flowers to a charity. Please let us know so that we can put the appropriate dedication in the Announcements.

Please pray for all of those on our prayer list. Our prayers are heard by the Master Healer and He brings peace, healing and consolation to all those who need His presence.
