Announcements for June 26

In lieu of flowers a donation will be made to Sharing God’s Love, given in honor of Bobby and Patty’s 63rd wedding anniversary on June 28 by Charles Eleazer. Thanks for setting a great example for your family!
Today welcome our new interim pastor, Rev Mark Buchan. We look forward to months of growth as we move toward finding our next pastor.

Next Sunday, July 3, is Homecoming! Be sure to wear your red St. John’s T-shirt. We have several sizes available if you don’t have one already. Homer and Coleen Thompson have graciously offered to provide a BBQ dinner with all the fixings for our Homecoming meal. Please note that this is a change from the newsletter announcement which asked everyone to bring a covered dish. Just bring your thanks for St. John’s!

The flower chart has several openings over the next months. If you prefer, you may make a donation to the charity of your choice and notify the church office of your dedication.

We also need one or more volunteer(s) to clean the church for the month of July.
