Announcements for 12/27

A box has been placed in the Narthex for placement of your donations of food and monetary donations to Sharing God’s Love. This month the needs are peanut butter, jelly, canned fruit and juice, macaroni, soup, crackers, pancake mix, syrup, sugar, flour, cereal, oatmeal, toothpaste, shampoo, and hand sanitizer, new or gently used children’s clothes, coats, masks, sleeping bags.

We continue to worship in the sanctuary and ask that you please observe the social distancing guidelines and wear your mask. Should you not have one, it will be provided for you. We continue to reach our members who may feel safer at home and to all others outside our community via Facebook live.

If you know of anyone who would like Holy Communion in their homes, please contact Pastor John.

Should you desire to add anyone to our prayer list, or if you notice anyone that should be taken off (although we all need prayer) please let Pastor John know. Thank you!

I would like to thank all the children who took part in the Christmas Eve Service on Thursday night. It was a wonderful addition to the service. I would also like to thank Don Alcorn for the wonderful music he provided for us during the service. In addition, I would like to thank all of you for the very generous gift you presented me. I often think what wonderful people the members of St. John’s are and how the Spirit brought us together!
