Announcements for July 17

In lieu of flowers, today’s special donation is made to Sharing God’s Love. The donation is made to the glory of God and in honor of the Church Council‘s work and service, by Lynn Martin.

There are posters of historical pictures which will remain displayed in the Fellowship Hall for the coming weeks. Some of the pictures are recently re-discovered old pictures. If anyone recognizes people in the pictures, there is space to note names.

Mark your calendars: Vacation Bible School will be July 25-28, 6:30-8:00 pm. All children are welcome to attend and bring friends! If you think you’re too old to be a student, we always can use helpers. Please notify the church office if you intend to attend.

Our VBS mission this year will benefit Sole Stepping. Students may donate new pairs of sneakers in elementary children’s sizes. Financial donations will be given to Sole Stepping for the purchase of additional shoes.

Today’s Noisy Offering benefits CerviCusco, a medical facility in Peru helps prevent and treat cervical cancer in women.
