Announcements June 11

The flowers on the altar today are dedicated to the Glory of God, and to all of the volunteers who continue give their time and talents to keep the church running and looking beautiful on the outside by Judy Truax

 

Bible Study will be held this Wednesday, June 14th, at 10:30. In person or on Zoom. Contact the church office if you need access to the Zoom link.

 

Don’t forget to sign up for altar flowers. Please email your dedications. July 16^th is currently open.

 

The History Team is requesting pictures of St. John’s over the years to add to our upcoming “Story of St. John’s.” The booklet will be prepared for our 110^th anniversary in 2024. Please contact Judy Truax with any pictures.

 

The next council meeting will be June 11^th.

 

Homecoming will be held July 9^th. The Council accepted the offer of Coleen and Homer Thompson to cater the luncheon after worship service.

VBS Operation Restoration: Mending Gods World will be held June 19^th-22^nd from 6:30-8. and it includes an option for intergenerational learning, so everyone is invited.

Please contact the office via email or phone for registration. There will be a hot dog supper on the 22^nd. Attendees are asked to provide a dessert.

 

There will be no Bible Study during VBS week.
