In Lieu of flowers, Howard and Denise Henry have donated to the Alcorn Scholarship in honor of Hedda and John-Mark Bell.

A congregational meeting on May 5^th immediately following the worship service.

 

We need volunteers to do some data entry in order to create a new St. John’s Directory. This would be done in the office during times when Audra is out of the office. Minimum training needed. Please contact the church office either by email or phone if interested.

 

Please remember to sign up for flowers. Open date for April is the 28^th.

 

SAVE THE DATE:  Pomaria Lutheran Church invites you to join them for the annual community picnic on June 1st from 11 am to 1pm. More details coming soon.

All the church members are invited to Victor and Romita’s baby shower on May 4th (Saturday) at 5 p.m. at the church fellowship hall. If you are attending, please send me a message at my phone number, 803-727-6474, with the number of guests so we can plan for food accordingly. Thank you for the continued love and support from the church members.

PLEASE NOTE: There will be a congregational meeting on May 5th following worship regarding property decisions which need to be made. 

Two volunteers are needed to attend the 2024 synod assembly on June 8th. It is a virtual assembly which means you can participate from your most comfortable chair in your pajamas! Please contact Pastor Michele or Don if you are interested in attending.

Altar Guild is in need of one or two additional members. Please contact Jan Samson if you are willing to perform this service.

 

Please donate your empty cans for our youth.
