Announcements for June 19

Today’s flowers are dedicated to the glory of God and in honor of wedding anniversaries on June 30: John-Mark and Hedda Bell’s 15th, Sam and Jan Samson’s 49th and Kenny and Terry Rhodes’ 50th, by Sam and Jan Samson.

We welcome back and thank Pastor David Coffman for leading our worship service this morning.

Today’s Noisy Offering benefits Ukrainian refugees.

Next Sunday we will welcome our new interim pastor, Rev Mark Buchan. We appreciate all of the pastors who have served us since Easter and look forward to months of growth as we move toward finding our next pastor.

Sunday, July 3 is Homecoming! Be sure to wear your red St. John’s T-shirt. We have several sizes available if you don’t have one already. Homer and Coleen Thompson have graciously offered to provide a BBQ dinner with all the fixings for our Homecoming meal.

The flower chart has several openings over the next months. If you prefer, you may make a donation to the charity of your choice and notify the church office of your dedication.

We also need one or more volunteer(s) to clean the church for the month of July.
