Announcements for July 3

Today’s flowers are given to the glory of God and in honor of St. John’s 108 years of service in the Dutch Fork area, by Glenn and Kathy Lindler.

Today is Homecoming! We welcome everyone who is joining us in person or online. We thank Homer and Coleen Thompson for providing a BBQ dinner with all the fixings for our Homecoming meal.

There are posters of pictures which will remain displayed in the Fellowship Hall for the coming weeks. Some of the pictures are recently re-discovered old pictures. If anyone recognizes people in the pictures, there is space to note names.

Mark your calendars: Vacation Bible School will be July 25-28, 6:30-8:00 pm. All children are welcome to attend and bring friends! If you think you’re too old to be a student, we always can use helpers.

The flower chart has several openings over the next months. If you prefer, you may make a donation to the charity of your choice and notify the church office of your dedication.

We need additional volunteers to clean the church for the month of July. We currently have volunteers for July 3 and 24. Please sign up for one or more Sundays if you are able to clean.
