The altar flowers are given in Honor of the children of Rev. Clarence and Floy Richardson for their major contribution to the new carillon by Don Alcorn.

During worship today, the new carillon will be dedicated in memory of the Rev. Clarence and Mrs. Floy Richardson.

The Noisy Offering collected today will benefit some Rock Hill, SC residents who suffered major losses in April, when a thunderstorm turned into a disaster with damaging winds and hail.

Pastor Michele will be away at Lutheridge from June 16th – 21st with the young campers. If you have an emergency, please contact any member of the congregational council.

There will be no Bible study on Wednesday, June 19th, but the history committee will meet at 10:00 A.M.

Homecoming will be celebrated on June 30th. Pomaria Lutheran Church will be our guest on this 5th Sunday of the month. Coleen and Homer Thompson will provide lunch, including desserts! On that day the worship service will be held at 10:00 A.M. Please remember to wear your red St. John’s t-shirt!

The youth of St. John’s need your cans: aluminum, steel or tin! We will take them and recycle them for cash for the St. John’s Youth. Please remove ALL paper labels from your items before recycling and dump cans out of plastic bags.
