CHRISTMAS IS COMING
Each Sunday in Advent, you will see a visible reminder in the sanctuary that Christmas is coming. We begin worship today with Christmas trees in the sanctuary. You will notice that there are no Chrismons, just bare trees.

After worship today, we will add the Chrismons, so that next week during worship the Christmas trees will contain decorations. We will add the manger on Dec. 7th after worship, and then we will add the animals in the manger on Dec. 14th after worship.

Each week you will see a visible, tangible progression towards our celebration of Christmas, which concludes on Christmas Eve with the arrival of Mary, Joseph, and Baby Jesus.

Please join us in adding Chrismons to the trees after worship today.

ANNUAL MEETING
The annual congregational meeting will be held next Sunday, December 7, 2025, following worship. The congregation will vote on the 2026 budget and elect new council members. Detail information has been mailed to all voting members.

Please make every effort to attend this important meeting. We must have a quorum of at least 13 voting members.

YOUTH GROUP
The youth group will meet next Sunday, December 7 at 1:30 P.M. They will prepare care packages for some of our members.

ANNUAL CHRISTMAS PROGRAM AND DINNER
The annual Christmas pageant will be presented on Sunday, December 14, 2025, at 5:00 P.M. A covered dish dinner will follow the presentation of the Christmas story.

Practices for the pageant will be held on Saturday, December 6 and Saturday, December 13 at 9:30 A.M. Everyone who would like to participate in the telling of the Christmas story is encouraged to attend the practices.
 
POINSETTIAS
If you plan to donate poinsettias to decorate the altar for Christmas Eve, they should be at the church by Saturday, December 21. All dedications should also be sent to the office in writing by Saturday, December 21. You may place a written dedication in the offering plate, send an email to the office, or leave a note in the office.
