ALTAR FLOWERS
Today the altar flowers are given to the glory of God and in honor of everyone who contributed to our Easter celebration, by Sam and Jan Samson.

COUNCIL MEETING
Council will hold its regular monthly meeting following the worship service today.

CONFIRMATION CLASS
Confirmation class will meet next Sunday. The topic of discussion will be the Lord’s Prayer. 

THIRD THURSDAY COMMUNITY DINNER
Pomaria Lutheran Church invites us to join them for the next Third Thursday Community dinner, which will be held on April 16, 2026, from 6:30-8:00 P.M. in the Pomaria Lutheran Church Fellowship Hall. St. Mark’s AME Church will provide the meal and program. Deborah Robinson is the leader for the evening. This promises to be a wonderful evening with an opportunity to get to know our neighbors while we eat and laugh and celebrate together.
The dinner is free, but a love offering will be collected for the Pomaria Food Bank.

RESTORATION CHAPEL/KINARD MANOR FUNDRAISER
Restoration Chapel/Kinard Manor, located in Greenwood, SC, is a ministry that provides housing for up to ten women who are on a journey of recovery from substance abuse. Pastors Ard Hallman and Bobby Morris are hosting a BBQ hash fundraiser.

Sharing God’s Love is having their Annual Spring Yard Sale in their parking lot at 147 Friarsgate Blvd., Irmo, SC 29063 on Saturday,
April 18, 2026, from 8:00 A.M. to noon. (The date listed in a prior announcement was incorrect.)
They are accepting donations of all these items: books, craft supplies, DVDs, electronics, board games, puzzles, sport equipment, toys, home décor, household items, glassware, dishes, frames, jewelry, pictures, purses, and more.
